Terms & Conditions

Once the order is submitted and payment is processed the completed order is put in a queue for shipping and handling. All of our goods are warehoused locally and are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Premium Processing charge between 2% to 5% will be applied for Next Day or Same day processing 

The order must be received before 11:00 AM Eastern Time for same day shipping  

Customer must contact us immediately to make any changes to the order. Company is not responsible to make any changes once the order is shipped from our warehouse.  

If an order is cancelled after the payment is processed online a 3% processing charge will be deducted from the total refund 

If an order is cancelled after the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund 

After the order is shipped from our warehouse an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to the customer
